EVERY VOLUNTEER GAINS AS MUCH AS THEY GIVE

Everyone needs a hero. You don’t have to an ‘S’ or a spider on your chest – all you need is the love of service and heart filled with empathy and love.

Our Volunteers get way more than they give when working with foster youth. You will learn more about yourself and understand how impactful, you as a friend, mentor, leader and confidant can be on a youth that hasn’t had the direction you can offer. Even small interactions make a huge impact. The smile, the pat of the back of confidence, the words of encouragement and the guidance towards something better.

We understand that volunteering is your personal time and for that we say thank you. Our goal is to build a relationship with you and your family so that you can be a volunteer for life. We want to know how we can give back to you as much as you give back to our foster youth. We don’t see volunteers as a resource, we see you as the backbone of our organization – without you, we don’t survive.

Welcome to FUtuRE HEROES SUMMER Camp: Empowering Foster Youth for Life and Career

Fostering Heroes’ Future Heroes Summer Camp is a transformative experience for foster youth aged 13–18, providing a unique blend of personal growth, skill development, and outdoor adventure. Held over 2.5 days in the beautiful Northern Arizona wilderness, this camp is designed to equip teens with the tools they need to discover their strengths, build meaningful relationships, and plan for a bright future.

Through engaging workshops, career exploration activities, and classic camp fun like horseback riding, archery, and campfires, we help foster youth find their paths in life. This isn’t just a camp—it’s an opportunity to inspire confidence, ignite potential, and create lifelong memories.

Every foster youth deserves a chance to discover their potential and envision a bright future. Our summer camp provides this opportunity, but we need your support to make it happen.

Your Impact:

  • $100 provides supplies for a camper’s creative workshop.
  • $200 sponsors a camper’s meals and lodging for one day.
  • $350 covers one camper’s full camp experience, including workshops, activities, and outdoor adventures.
